Structuring Your Trade
& Refund Policies
"Because every private label cosmetic line, custom printed package, and specialized salon furniture order is engineered and manufactured overseas to your exact specifications, all sales are strictly final. Once your logo, color matching, and design choices are approved and sent to our overseas production partners, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded."

Structuring The Approval Process Policy
To ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy, every custom-brand client is required to order and review a physical product sample before bulk manufacturing begins. This sample allows you to evaluate the exact formula, materials, packaging, and custom logo printing in person.
Once you have physically inspected the sample and provided final written approval, your production run will be submitted to our overseas manufacturing partners. By providing final approval, you acknowledge and accept that the bulk production will be manufactured in accordance with the approved sample.
SA3 International Trade is not responsible for variations or characteristics including design details, textures, materials, colors, finishes, or other specifications—that are consistent with the sample you reviewed and approved.
Production Terms
Production timelines begin only after both of the following have been completed:
(1) final written approval of the physical product sample has been received, and
(2) the required deposit payment has been confirmed.
Because all items are manufactured to custom specifications by our overseas production partners, production timelines may vary based on the product line, order specifications, production requirements, and current factory capacity. Any estimated production timeline provided is subject to change based on manufacturing and supply-chain conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders can be shipped worldwide by air or sea freight based on the client’s preference.
-
Air Freight: Approximately 2–3 weeks
-
Sea Freight: Approximately 45–50 days
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Acceptance
SA3 International Trade manages the international transportation of your bulk order, including ocean or air freight and U.S. Customs clearance, to facilitate the shipment of your cargo into Minnesota. Once your order has arrived and cleared customs, SA3 International Trade will coordinate available final delivery or local pickup arrangements.
All estimated delivery windows are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Because international shipments are subject to complex logistics networks and factors beyond our control, SA3 International Trade is not financially responsible for delays caused by international or domestic shipping carriers, port congestion, customs processing, border inspections, government authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside of SA3’s reasonable control.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the specialized nature of bulk commercial importing and custom private-label production, all transactions with SA3 International Trade are strictly final. Once an order has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received, the deposit is non-refundable, and the order may not be returned, exchanged, modified, or canceled.
SA3 International Trade does not provide refunds, credits, or other compensation for buyer’s remorse, changes in market conditions, shifts in business strategy, or slower-than-expected retail sales of your brand or products.
By approving the physical product sample and submitting the production deposit, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your purchase constitutes a custom commercial transaction and that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the order is subject to no return, refund, exchange, or cancellation rights.
